Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused or unopened, and undamaged (in the same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging. Your product must have been previously purchased from this website by YOU. We require proof of purchase. (you may include the original packing slip with your return.)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or partially used, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately via a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the typical processing time from the financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you received our approval notification but haven’t received a refund yet, check with Paypal or your credit card company, keeping in mind that it is normal for several business days to pass before your refund is officially posted.

We can certainly exchange your item if you received an item that you did not order, or if your item is defective or damaged. Please include a note when you return the item (see below).

Shipping Your Returns

To return your product, you should securely pack the item to prevent damage in shipping, and mail your product using the most economical shipping method to:

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you desire an exchange instead of a refund, you will not be charged again for shipping when we send the replacement item to you. Typically you will receive an email notification when we ship your item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with a signature requirement (FedEx ground or UPS ground) and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and until the product is delivered to us, it remains your responsibility.
