9gm DIGITAL METAL GEAR MICRO SERVO (MG90S)

This popular micro-size metal-gear servo is appropriate for small RC models where extra strength is needed - such as aircraft direct-connect retracts and nose-gear steering for aircraft and RC cars.  The metal gears give it extra strength (less chance of a gear tooth breaking).

The servo weighs approx. 9 grams (13.5 gms including the wire and connector). Supplied with plastic servo arms and mounting screws. (you may simply glue the servo onto the model if you prefer)

The SG90 servo is capable of a 180-degree output by modifying the "pulse width" signal.  A standard operating servo has a pulse width of 1 to 2 msecs for 90 degrees.  To achieve 180 degrees of output, this parameter needs to be increased to 0.5 to 2.5 msecs - which can be done on some sophisticated TX radios such as the Radiomaster or by use of a "servo extender" device, which we sell here!
