Refund policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is missing, defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please carefully check the box and packing material since some small items may have been overlooked. We will be happy to replace a broken or missing item or make an exchange. If it's our mistake we'll do our best to resolve the problem! It may not be necessary for you to return a defective item.
Our Policy: Rabid Models provides a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased from Rabid Models - and it must be NEW and in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unused, and in its original packaging. You must be the original purchaser of the item. We cannot accept returns once products have been used. If we determine the item is used or damaged (or if items are missing) you may not receive a full refund.
Process: To start a return, you can contact us at sales@rabidmodels.com. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be packaged properly in sturdy boxes with cushioning to ensure they won't be damaged in transit. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that were destroyed in transit or custom-made products (special orders or personalized items). Hazardous materials cannot be returned without special packaging and approval by the carrier, such as flammable items and aerosol sprays. Discontinued items or items which were described as "no returns, final sale" cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you received an item that you don't want, the easiest way to resolve the issue is to return the item you have for a full refund (according to the Process above), and once the return is accepted you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for Returns
Please track your shipment for proof of delivery. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post electronic refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@rabidmodels.com.
