SHIPPING NOTES

Shipping charges are based on your zip code. By default we use the most economical method, but you may select a faster service if you wish!  Multiple items are combined, but if you are overcharged on postage for your order we will send you a postage refund.

(1) Please note that flammable items (such as CA activator & aerosols) cannot be sent by AIR. The website may allow you to select Priority Mail but these items can only be shipped by ground service.  These items are prohibited by Canada post, we're so sorry!  There are some locations in Alaska that are not serviced by USPS ground. 

(2) Some items (the airplane kits) require large boxes which cost more to ship, even though they don't weigh much. Again, if the actual postage is less than what you were charged, we will send a postage refund.  If the actual postage is MORE than what you were charged, we may ask you for an adjustment.  We hope to fine-tune this as quickly as possible!

(3) If you don't see any shipping options at checkout, check to make sure all the address fields are filled in. For example if the zip code is missing, it won't work.

(4) Canada and International shipping will be enabled after we sort out the details on the new website.   However #1 still applies, flammable items cannot be exported.
