Using activator with CA is very convenient and you can use it to help set thicker types of CA almost instantly.

This Acetone-based activator comes in a pressurized steel can which produces a fine-spray mist aerosol, and the can completely eliminates the evaporation which can occur with regular pump sprayers. Acetone activator is NOT foam-safe but the fine mist usually won't harm sensitive surfaces if you apply it lightly.

Aerosol cans (compressed gas) can only be sent by GROUND service to the "lower 48" - cannot be shipped to AK, HI, PR, Guam, because its not allowed on aircraft.  It cannot be exported for the same reason.
