9x7 3-bladed propeller (ONE)

This is the 3-bladed 9x7 prop (GWS type) that's used in our larger Rabid Models airplanes which use the 24gm "Blue Wonder" motor.

This propeller may be used with our 1300KV motor and a 3-cell Lipo battery, or it may be used with our 1700kV motor and a 2-cell battery.  Its not the best choice for a single-motor model aircraft, we recommend that this propeller is best for twin-motor installations.  Attach the propeller to the motor with a prop adapter or O-ring "propsaver" (not included but available separately). Made with a semi-flexible black nylon plastic. This prop is NOT available in a reverse version.

Note: the hub on this propeller is 12.3mm thick, which means that the prop adapter may be too small especially when using this prop with a plastic spinner.  The best solution is to shorten the hub by carefully grinding it down by a few mm.  The hole in this propeller is fairly small at 3mm, which means that you may need to carefully enlarge it for the prop adapter, which has a 5mm shaft.

This package contains ONE propeller, standard rotation.   We also offer a 9x5 3-bladed "Scimitar" propeller that is available in regular and reverse rotation versions. However, the 9x5 propeller does not have as much thrust as the "regular" 9x7 prop.
