Black B1000 Medium Rubber-Toughened HYPERBOND CA *PICK THE SIZE*

B1000 type (medium) is much thinner than the thicker grades and will wick into cracks.

The B1000 is only a bit thinner than the B1500 which we also have available.

Please pick the size you need. The 4oz, 8oz, 16oz bottles come with a "Yorker" style dispensing nozzle. The smaller 1oz and 2oz bottles come with a pin-cap nozzle.

Black CA is very popular with speaker builders. CA glue cures to a hard acrylic plastic. The rubber-toughened type can handle higher temperatures compared with regular CA and can resist cracking due to vibration and shock. Black CA can be used with carbon-fiber and fiberglass composites as well.

The larger bottles have better shelf life - CA can be kept in a refrigerator to help them last longer. Note - the thicker the grade of CA, the longer it takes to cure. CA glue dries very quickly when it is pressed between two objects. When its applied as a "bead" it can take much longer. CA Activator (also called Kicker or Accelerator) can be used to set the glue, but it can take up to 24 hours to fully cure. The activator can also be used as a pre-treatment and surface cleaner before gluing. Activator comes in various pump-spray bottles and in fine-mist aerosol cans.
