44" C-47 "Skytrain" Profile Model kit

The C-47 Skytrain is world-famous from its service in WWII and many are still flying today. This is a wonderful medium-size model that is perfect for easy cruising around indoor venues. This laser-cut kit includes cut-out windows, which really look great when the model is flying.

The kit includes the foam parts needed to build this model, along with a fully detailed construction manual and some accessories such as the pull-pull control system. The model is not assembled or painted, so the customer needs to supply glue, paint, and other hobby tools, servos, motors, and electronics in order to put it together. This model was designed for 10gm brushless motor with up to 5"x4" props (we recommend using prop adapters). These are included in our motor package HERE. 44" Wingspan.

The modeler can make cowls for this model as shown using "pudding cups" - not included with the kit. The landing gear is optional and is not included with the kit (all you need are two foam wheels and some 0.047 music wire). The rudder is also optional but if you decide to install a landing gear it will come in handy and its fun to install a catering tailwheel.
