LARGER Leading Edge Sanding tools for 1/4" balsa

We've designed several new sanding tools.  These larger sanders are just right for shaping 1/4"-thick balsa and we also have a size for 1/2" balsa.

Our original "mini" tools are quite handy but are for very small models with thin balsa parts, they are only 5 inches long with a 2-inch sanding surface.

These larger tools come with 120-grit sandpaper attached to the entire length. Note: the color of the sandpaper may vary depending on the stock that's used. You can remove the paper if needed by applying foam-safe CA activator to dissolve the glue. New sandpaper can be attached using a spray contact cement such as 3M brand "77".

The sides of the tool are flat, which provides a hand-grip and can provide an additional sanding surface!

Material: 3D-printed PETG Plastic with 120-grit sandpaper attached

Size: 6 inches long and 12-14mm (1/2" - 3/4") wide for 1/4" balsa and 8 inches long and 18mm (3/4") wide for 1/2" balsa. The exact size will vary depending on the design. Picture shows the 6" tools with a 1/4" dowel rod for comparison.

Weight: 10-15 grams each (varies depending on the design)
