This custom-designed 3D-printed part is to make a control arm for an elevator (or flap or aileron). Its meant to be glued onto a 1/32 (0.8mm) elevator joiner wire with thin CA, then operated with a 1/32" pushrod (or pull-pull system) by a servo. The wire is not included! Hopefully the pictures are explanatory. This is made for use with SMALL models. Sold in a pack of 2 pcs.
Dimensions: The arm is about 1 inch long and 1/16" thick with 4 pushrod holes on each side, and the center part is 1/2" tall. Suitable for 1/32" wire. The pushrod holes are for 1/32" wire. Weight: 0.5gm each. White PETG plastic.
These pictures show a typical setup for an elevator joiner rod. The control arm has two sides so it can be used with a single pushrod from either side (and you can cut off the other side) or you may use a pull-pull setup. The wire and plastic tubing is not included!
