Lemon LM0081 7-channel Full-Range DSMP Micro Receiver (DSMX/DSM2 compatible)

The LM0081 DSMP is a small & lightweight full-range 7 channel LemonRX receiver which uses standard (PWM) servo pins.  The LemonRX DSMP RF protocol is patented and fully compatible with Spektrum DSMX and also backward compatible with DSM2. (see note below)

The LM0081 weighs only 9.5gms with the plastic case (its easy to remove the case which reduces the weight to about 6gms). The receiver is about the size of a postage stamp. This receiver is recommended for all RC models. The Rx has dual antennas and the ability to use a satellite receiver. Supplied with a binding plug and foam adhesive mounting pad.   This receiver is intended for use with lightweight RC airplanes (park flyers).

We also sell the 6-channel LM0080, which has a single antenna and no port for a satellite. Both are the same size.

In the unlikely event that the receiver loses reception (for 2 seconds), the RX deploys a failsafe function which reverts the operation back to what was set during the binding process (typically, low throttle and centered controls). Without a failsafe function, if RX signal is lost the last signal command continues (i.e. full throttle).

Unlike some "Spektrum compatible" products that are on the market, Lemon receivers aren't inferior in terms of performance or reliability. LemonRX is produced by Xenon Tech, a separate company that has developed its own patented technology to produce high-quality receivers which are fully DSM2 / DSMX compatible.

Binding Setup
1) Plug bind plug to the receiver.
2) Provide power to the unit - LED flashes quickly
3) Enable bind mode in transmitter at a distance of 2 meters/6 feet from receiver.
4) Solid LED light means binding is completed. Remove bind plug.

Failsafe

Bind receiver and current channel values will be saved. Failsafe will be activated when no signal is received for 2 seconds. All channels will be positioned to failsafe default. For this reason, it is recommended that the throttle should be at 0% while all other sticks are centered during binding.

1S LiPo Operation is Possible, however note:

The minimum recommended safe supply voltage is 3.5V - supplied by the BEC circuit on the ESC that you're using. The battery must be capable of maintaining that voltage under load. Operating motors and servos will decrease the voltage. We recommend using a 2S or 3S battery.
