1oz PR-grade CA & 1oz Primer -- for plastics

CA glue doesn't work particularly well with most plastics (styrene is an exception). It works, but it doesn't bond to the plastic very well.

For better results using CA with plastics, we offer a special grade of CA which works really well with plastics and rubber, and a special plastics primer. The medium-viscosity rubber-toughened "High Performance" CA works better than regular CA with plastic and rubber, and the special primer reacts with the plastic to create a better bond with CA - it will work well with most hard plastics.

The HP CA works with many materials, but works better on plastics compared to regular CA. The primer just helps activate it and forms a better bond with plastics.

This package includes a 1oz bottle of medium HP CA and a 1oz bottle of Primer with swabs.

The primer works as a cleaning solvent and CA activator - to use it, rub the gluing surface with a cotton swab to clean it, let it dry, then apply a second coat. The primer is sold in a small glass bottle because it will react with plastic bottles (obviously).

We recommend this special CA and Primer for bonding 3D-printed parts, such as ABS and PLA. It can also be used for plastic models. Use it ONLY on the gluing surface, the primer can damage the finish on any surface.
