Linear servos are typically used in small models but can have other applications.  They are very small and light (1.5gms each) with a 7mm total stroke (3.5mm each way).   There is a right and left version.

It has a high-torque motor with fast response.  The circuit board can be installed on your model with 4 screws or you may simply use hot glue.

The cable is 95mm long (3.75 inches). The cable has a JST-GH connector with a 1.25mm pitch.    NOTE:  There are more than 20 kinds of these small JST plugs on the market and this one may NOT be compatible with some RC brands.  Its not the same as the JST-ZH which is used on Spektrum® products, or the JST-SH.  (You may cut the plug off and install a standard RC connector if needed.)

NOTES:

The two units are "left" and "right" types.  They're made like this because in many cases, the large gear on the end will interfere with pushrods.   The pushrod should be attached so that it extends in the other direction

Important - the gears can sometimes get stuck at their extremes. For best results use the "travel adjustment" on your radio to reduce the throw a bit, say 97% instead of 100%, to prevent the servo from maxing out on either end. Just a tiny reduction helps. Otherwise you risk having one of your control surfaces getting stuck at an extreme.
