ULTRA-SMALL 8-amp ESC (Electronic Speed Control) for BRUSHLESS motors
ULTRA-SMALL 8-amp ESC (Electronic Speed Control) for BRUSHLESS motors
Couldn't load pickup availability
This is one of the smallest ESCs available - its for small brushless motors and can use 2S or 3S power. NO BEC! Please examine the description carefully! We also offer larger ESCs in our store.
This is an ultra-small ESC which is meant for small brushless motors, such as our #1104 (6gm) and our 5gm motors. Its only a circuit board (you will need to provide and attach the wires yourself using a soldering iron and magnifying glass). It does NOT have a BEC, which means that it will only control the motor and you need to have a separate power supply (2s battery) for your receiver. It can handle up to 8 amps and can be used with 2S or 3S batteries.
The ESC IS VERY VERY SMALL!
The pictures below are greatly enlarged! The PENNY is not included!
Size: 22mm long x 7mm wide. (that's about 0.86 inches x 0.27 inches) - about 3mm thick
Weight: 0.5gm
SPECIFICATIONS: brushless ESC
Color: green
Without BEC - you'll need a separate 2S battery to power the receiver
Supports 2-3S LiPo battery
Battery voltage: DC5V-16V
ESC maximum motor current 8A
Optional LED: connect negative pole, lights green light
Supports 1104 1106 1306 1407 1503 brushless motors
NOTE: The green unit has a green LED that lights up when activated. You may also see a similar product for sale that has a 6-amp rating - that one will only work with 1S or 2S batteries. This 8-amp unit can use 2S or 3S batteries.

"Positive, negative" - connect to battery (2S or 3S)
"Negative, Signal" are for the wire going to the receiver's throttle channel.
"U V W" are for the three wires that connect to the brushless motor.
The "LED" is a power indicator, lights up green. NOTE: It's highly recommended to connect a 470microfarad capacitor to the positive and negative terminals to protect the ESC from power fluctuations (helps with reliability).
