This Custom-designed 3D-printed 3-blade spinner was designed specifically for the "Fun Scale Models" 27" wingspan FW-190 Park-flyer. This model is offered as a laser-cut short kit by Manzano Lazer works!

This spinner is 1.125" in diameter and 1.65" long. Its the correct scale shape for the FW190 and features a simulated 12-blade engine fan (1.73" diameter) on the back, which fits inside the cowl. The fan rotates with the prop but is for decoration.

You will need a prop adapter with a shaft length of 15mm (minimum) and 5mm diameter (the spinner can be drilled out to accept a 6mm diameter shaft) and a 3-bladed 8 x 4.5 propeller (standard rotation. The propeller and prop adapter are available separately from Rabid Models. The model uses a 24-gram 1,700 Kv brushless motor.

The spinner+motor+prop+ESC package is available for your convenience!

This product is for use ONLY with electric motors and propellers. Please see the notes below. To install the spinner, first secure the propeller and spinner backplate+fan on the motor shaft using a prop adapter, then the cone simply snaps on - no additional hardware is needed!

Airplane not included! Here is Derek's original prototype with a non-scale spinner:

The pictures below show the Rabid Models spinner with the prop installed.

(The black cowling above is an example used for illustration, not the correct size for the FW190)

The plastic spinner parts are unfinished but can be sanded smooth and can be painted with any plastic-compatible paint. Click here to see a video from Fun Scale Models that shows how to finish and install 3D-printed spinners. Painting is recommended because all plastics will deteriorate over time if exposed to sunlight. Glue is not needed!
